I want to understand what the corporate split at Allcargo Logistics means.
The company recently separated its business. Could you clearly explain the new structure?
Specifically, what are the names of the two resulting independent entities, what kind of logistics business does each new company focus on.
What was the main goal of this whole reorganization?

Allcargo Logistics completed a major corporate reorganization, effective November 1, 2025

Allcargo Logistics completed a major corporate reorganization that created two independent, specialized entities. The two resulting companies are:

  • Allcargo Global Limited (AGL) and
  • The existing Allcargo Logistics Limited.

This restructuring was a “Composite Scheme of Arrangement” approved by the NCLT, involving both a demerger of the international operations and a merger of domestic units.

The main focus of the new Allcargo Global is the International Supply Chain (ISC) business. AGL handles global services like freight forwarding, ocean, and air logistics across over 180 countries and is being prepared for a separate stock market listing.

The unified Allcargo Logistics now concentrates entirely on domestic logistics and infrastructure. This entity consolidated the domestic express business (like the former Allcargo Gati, which ceased to exist) and the supply chain management operations.

The core goal of this split was to unlock greater value for shareholders by giving each major segment a sharper business focus and dedicated management.

The separation is expected to enhance operational efficiencies, improve governance, and allow for better valuation discovery for both the global and domestic operations.

Shareholders of the original company received one share of AGL for every one share they held in Allcargo Logistics.
