What is the Expected Listing Timeline for SKF Industrial?
I want to know when SKF Industrial is actually expected to get listed on the NSE and BSE.
Since the company has not been listed yet, I’m trying to understand what stage it is currently in and whether there are any official updates about its IPO plans.
I also want to know what factors usually decide how long it takes for a company like this to go from planning to actually getting listed.
Here’s what is known (as of now) about the likely listing date of SKF India (Industrial) Ltd (the demerged industrial business of SKF India Ltd).
The demerger was completed effective 1 October 2025.
The company has explicitly said the industrial entity is expected to be listed by November 2025, subject to required regulatory approvals.
Shareholders of SKF India will receive one share of SKF Industrial for each share they hold, and the share allotment was approved on 17 October 2025.
So, as a normal investor, you can expect SKF Industrial to appear on the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) sometime in November 2025. But the limitations are that the approvals and exchanges must clear the listing.
That said, there is no exact “day” publicly confirmed yet, so there remains a little uncertainty.
